And this week, we kick off How Do I Become with a cracking double-header!

I’ll be chatting to Leigh Felton (former Chief of Staff @ Microsoft) and Kevin McCarthy (former CFO @ Xbox) and asking them questions like;

• what the Chief of Staff @ Microsoft and CFO @ Xbox actually do day-to-day,

• what kind of career paths students/grads could take to get to those positions,

• what technical and personal skills students/grads should be developing, and,

In addition, Leigh was also a big part of communicating Responsible AI internally at Microsoft. So I made sure to ask her a few questions about that! And Kevin brings up an ‘interesting’ conversation he had with Bill Gates! Anyway, without further ado…!
